5-Day Service Guarantee:
Gel polish and dip powder services are covered by our 5-day service guarantee.
If you experience chipping, lifting, or another service-related issue within 5 days, please contact us and send photos of the affected nail(s).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will schedule a complimentary repair.
What Is Covered:
Our 5-day guarantee covers normal wear-related or service-related issues, including:
- Chipping
- Lifting
- Product-related service issues
What Is Not Covered:
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
- Picking, peeling, or intentionally removing product
- Chemicals or cleaning products
- Excessive use or improper aftercare
- Accidents or trauma
- Broken or damaged natural nails
- Other causes unrelated to the original service
How to Request a Repair:
If you notice an issue within the 5-day guarantee period:
- Contact us as soon as possible.
- Send clear photos of the affected nail(s) to 832-858-7593.
- Wait for our team to review and approve the request.
- Once approved, schedule your complimentary repair appointment.
Walk-ins are subject to regular service or repair charges.
Regular Polish:
Regular polish services are not covered by the 5-day guarantee because regular polish has a lighter bond and naturally has a shorter wear time.
Children & Teen Services:
Regular polish and nail breakage for children and teens are not covered by the service guarantee, as nails may experience greater wear from daily activities.
Please Remember:
Nails are jewels, not tools.
Avoid using your nails to open, scrape, pick, or pry objects. Proper aftercare helps your manicure last longer and keeps your natural nails healthy.
