We stand fully behind our technical craftsmanship. If you experience an application defect within our warranty window, we provide a one-time complimentary repair with our skilled team.

01. 5-Day Warranty Coverage

Gel, Dip Powder & Structural Enhancements (BIAB / Gel-X / Acrylic): Covered against premature lifting, peeling, or chipping for 5 full days post-service (the underlying natural nail must remain intact).

Broken Nails: Damage resulting from heavy physical impact, catching, or natural nail breakage requires standard repair fees.

Exclusions: Regular polish (lacquer), services for minors (under 18), and chemical discoloration (fading, yellowing, or softening from household bleach, sunscreen, chlorine, tanning lotions, or citrus oils) are exempt from warranty coverage.

02. How to Claim a Complimentary Repair

All repairs are performed by scheduled appointment only:

Step 1: Take Photo Snap a clear, well-lit photo of the affected nail(s) showing the lifting or issue.
Step 2: Text Salon Send the photo with your full name and date of service to 832-858-7593.
Step 3: Book Slot Once verified, we will reserve a complimentary repair time. (Unscheduled walk-ins carry standard repair fees).
